Welcome to the first edition of ‘On the Couch with M&M’ for 2018.
Firstly, we would like to wish everyone all the very, very best for 2018. Our goal for the next 12 months and beyond is to be able to help you have an absolutely massive 2018; a year that you can look back on and say ‘that was the year that changed everything!’
So how do you set up to have your absolute best year yet, and by chance does this sound familiar?
“My goal in 2018 is to complete my goals for 2017, which I should have completed in 2016 because I promised myself I would achieve them in 2015 which I had written down to do in 2014."
We love this quote because it resonates with many individuals, including ourselves!
We all know that setting your goals and writing them down is by far one of the best ways to help you achieve them. Having a structured goals book is one sure way to get the process started.
In today’s episode, Manos & Maria share the Eview Group ‘Follow your Dreams Goals Workbook’ which has helped so many achieve their yearly goals. They discuss the importance of making the time and effort to write all your goals down, both personal & professional.

She explains the importance of requesting cover letters attached to resumes to formulate an understanding of the applicants written communication skills and the ability to follow instructions well before the face to face interview.

Joining us today from our super office at Eview Group Mornington Peninsula is Principal extraordinaire, Jarrod Carman.
Due to the exponential growth of his team, in less than 4 years, Jarrod has outgrown two locations and has now moved into a purpose built 500m plus size premises. (Internally we refer them to the Google office!)
In this interview Jarrod goes into detail of how he grew a team that started as a one man operation to now 38 individuals; attract & retain the best of the best talent, write in excess of $1M in GCI himself (& have multiple team members do the same) to now having an office that’s on track to write over $6M in GCI for the calendar year & grow a substantial sized rent roll.
An extraordinary achievement from an extraordinary individual; a family man & true gentleman.
