Welcome to this weeks edition of "On the Couch with M&M"
In today's episode, we are joined by Rose Ratna and Vanessa Miranda from "Beyond Figures Book Keeping" discussing all things bookkeeping.
The business has been in operation for two years. Beyond Figures was created, as Manos, Maria and Vanessa found that there was a need for real estate businesses to have professionals "bookkeep" for them, so they can focus on the most important part of being a real estate agent, listing property.
We discuss with Vanessa and Rose, what are some of the services that Beyond Figures provides, also touching on why it's a good idea to outsource certain aspects of your business such as IT, Book Keeping and more.

Welcome to the latest edition of ‘On the Couch with M&M.’
When it comes to client care and after sale service, there are many people who talk about it, and then there are those who execute it!
Joining us in this week’s interview are Director/Principal from RT Edgar Boroondara Glen Coutinho and his personal assistant Amy Perceval. Recognized as one of the best in the industry to surpass client expectations and deliver ‘wow’ client experiences, Glen & Amy have taken the client care and after sale experience to a whole new level.
They share their very simple ‘client care/client for life’ formula and how it has become part of their service ‘DNA’ and a non-negotiable standard in their sales processes. A sales process which now wins them more than 15 listings per month and a volume of ‘pipeline sellers’ which is the envy of those in the industry.
We hope you enjoy the interview as much as we enjoyed having Glen and Amy join us in what was a very informal ‘on the couch’ with some fun moments. And as always, please tag or share the video with someone you might think may benefit from the content and leave your feedback in the comment section below.

The Office Business Plan
Having a true understanding of your local market capacity, that is how much available gross commission income (GCI) is available in your immediate catchment area is critical when formulating your office business plan. Market capacity is simply the average number of properties sold per annum times the average commission charged in your area. Thereafter, an often-missed calculation is finding the number of active agents in your core catchment area you compete with.
Manos & Maria share their insights on how they use these key metrics to formulate a business plan that has helped them steer many of their groups offices to over $5 million in annual GCI year in year out and growing.
We hope you enjoy the show and as always, please leave a comment and if you would like a copy of the Office Market Plan workbook, please message us. And don’t forget to tag or share with a friend who you think may benefit from the content.
