In this episode Maria speaks with Eview Group’s Head of Human Resources and Recruitment, Julie Anderson, about the process we follow to recognise the achievements of Administration and Support staff and set business and skill development goals for the coming year.
During the review process, we look at the year gone by, we recognise achievements, identify areas of development, discuss career aspirations, and create a development plan to enhance performance, develop the skills of our team, and prepare them for the next step in their career.
